The Wild Thornberrys

The Wild Thornberrys is an American animated television series that originally aired on Nickelodeon from 1998 to 2004, the serie focuses around a nomadic family of documentary filmmakers known as the Thornberrys. The characters are Nigel Thornberry as narrator and Marianne Thornberry as cameraman, her daugthers Deborah and Eliza and an adopted child called Donnie. It primarily centers on the family's younger daughter Eliza, and her secret gift of being able to communicate with animals, which was bestowed upon her after having rescued a shaman masquerading as a trapped warthog.

The gift enabled her to talk to the Thornberrys' pet chimpanzee Darwin. Together, the pair frequently venture through the diferents places and they are getting to know different animals around the world.

When I was a child the show used to be broadcast on weekends in the morning and I loved it because it had to do with two of my favorite things: animals and nature.

Nickelodeon released all five seasons on DVD via Amazon in 2010. Season 1 was released on June 24, 2010 and Seasons 2 through 5 were released on December 1, 2010.

After the success of the series a movie was launched in 2002 called "The Thornberrys: The Movie"  and in 2003  It was launched "Rugrats Go Wild" as an animated comedy crossover film based on the Nickelodeon animated television series Rugrats.

A dream city

Hi everyone

A city I'd like to visit is Rome, is a capital city from Italy in Europe. Is called The Eternal city (Città Eterna) and is Capital of the world (Caput Mundi) among other things. It is three millenium old and is considered the cradle of Roman empire and is one of the most important ancient civilizations, is the city with the highgest concentration of historical architectural assets in the world, It is Historical centre is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. I will like to visit this city with my bestfriend because to both like to travel and know the new places, In Rome I'd like to visit the Colosseum,the Phanteon, Trevi Fountain, and St. Peter's Square among others. I think that this city has a lot of History in there and It is a place that we can´t stop to visit ever.
